  • Books open weekly, every Friday at 9pm for the following week

    All appointments must be booked through our website

    No rescheduling allowed

    We take a maximum of 13 clients a week per technician, all appointments after those 13 will be charged overtime fees

    If there are no available times on our website, we are booked out for the week. check back the next friday for more openings or cancellations posted via our instagram stories

    If the time you are looking for isn’t on the website, you may text us and ask for a squeeze in. fees will apply.

  • Deposits are non-refundable and non transferable, they do go towards your remaining balance

    No rescheduling due to weekly bookings

    All services are non- refundable

    Payments are taken through square with a 3.5% fee- tap, Apple Pay, Cash App, Card or Cash with no fee

  • Please text us as soon as you know you’re running behind

    10 minute grace period, after that your appointment is subject to be cancelled

    We try not to cancel but If we have to modify your service due to your tardiness, you will be charged for what you booked originally

    We schedule clients back to back, please respect everyone's time and be on time.

    Cancel up to 24 hours in advance through your confirmation email. please remember deposits is non-refundable

    Same day cancellation results in $15 rebooking fee

    No call, no show = blocked from booking

  • Each employees opening hours may vary due to their personal life

    The pedicure station is on a platform, you must be able to go up two steps to be serviced

    We do allow fixes up to one week, text us if you chip polish or acrylic
